Shipment
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once you've paid for your newly purchased designer item at checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email, and we'll immediately dispatch it. Depending on your delivery location, your product should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. All orders within Switzerland are shipped free of charge with DSR (Direct Signature Required). This means you'll need to sign for the package upon delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive another email with information and the tracking number. Please note that our delivery times are estimates and are only intended as a guide.

Return policy
Since our designer products are high-quality, sometimes unworn, unique items, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges. The sale is final and excludes any warranty; Femme de Luxe also excludes any right of withdrawal.
