Where do the designer pieces come from?
Our designer pieces come from our own private collection or from our personal network of fashion enthusiasts and have been worn very little, often only for a single occasion. Some exclusive pieces are even unworn; this is indicated in the product description.
How do we validate the authenticity of the designer pieces?
100% Original – that's our guarantee. Our designer pieces come either from our own private collection or from our personally known network of reputable fashion enthusiasts. All products in our shop undergo a professional authenticity check before being added to our online store. My team has many years of professional experience in the high-end fashion sector and verifies the authenticity of all products based on criteria including: serial number/certificate of authenticity, material quality, feel, precise seams, high-quality zippers, authentic scent, and correct logos and stamps.
What comes with the designer pieces?
We strive to ship products in their original condition and with all accompanying documents. The product description will indicate whether an invoice, original packaging, tags, or other accessories are included. If you still have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
How can I be sure that the designer piece will fit me?
We describe each piece with precise measurements, images and an international size table. Please note that the designer pieces were developed in different countries, and therefore different sizing systems were used by the designers. For example, a German size 38 is a French size 40 or an Italian size 42. We have included the most important information in the description. If you require additional details and dimensions, please contact us before ordering. If you are completely unsure whether the designer piece will fit, you can try it on in Zug after consulting with us beforehand.
Can I reserve my designer item?
In exceptional cases, we can make this possible. Should you need a little more time to consider ordering your designer piece, please contact us and we will find a solution.
What payment methods can you use to purchase your designer piece?
Femme de Luxe accepts credit card payments with VISA and MasterCard, Apple Pay (only possible on Apple devices) and TWINT (only possible if the order is placed within Switzerland). If none of these payment methods suit you, please contact us.
When will I receive my order?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once you've paid for your purchased designer item at checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email, and we'll immediately dispatch it. Depending on your delivery location, your product should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. All orders within Switzerland are shipped free of charge with DSR (Direct Signature Required). This means you'll need to sign for the package upon delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive another email with information and the tracking number. Please note that our delivery times are estimates. For shipments outside of Switzerland, please contact us.
Can I cancel an order I've already placed?
Once you have ordered your designer item and paid at checkout, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible and the purchase is considered binding.
What are the return policies at Femme de Luxe?
Since our designer products are high-quality, sometimes unworn and unique items, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges. The purchase is final and excludes any warranty, and Femme de Luxe also excludes any right of withdrawal. If you are unsure about the size and fit, please contact us before ordering via our contact form or WhatsApp so we can answer all your questions and send you additional pictures if needed. However, should a piece unexpectedly not fit at all, we'll certainly find a solution. Please send us a message via WhatsApp so we can discuss the next steps.
Does Femme de Luxe ship outside of Switzerland?
